Star Wars Lego is a very favorite and out of the ordinary video games based on the Star Wars themed toy line by the preeminent Lego Group. The game was released on April 5, 2005.It was allocated as a kids' game and received the "Game of the Year" award from Kidzworld.com. It received certain reviews and peaked at the top of the Uk charts during early May 2005.
Lego Star Wars contains 56 playable characters in total. The playable characters are modeled as tangible parts and on bereavement; they slump into pieces and lose studs. There is a wide variety of characters in this game, all of which are unlocked by completing levels or by purchasing them at Dexter's Diner. They are divided into groups in accordance to their skills. For instance, Jedi and Sith can double-jump, use light sabers, and have control of the force, which they can use to open or lift objects or defeat certain enemies. Darth Maul has a double-ended light saber which improves his defense from laser fire. Jar Jar Binks, general Grievous and his bodyguard have the super jump, which allows them to reach obstacles that the Jedi and Sith can't jump to. Characters like Padmé Amidala and clone troopers who carry blasters have the ability to grapple to reach higher places. Droids, while not being armed, can travel through the game without being intentionally attacked by enemy characters also, protocol droids and astromech droids can open special doors, and then there are players like Boba Fett and Young Anakin that can fit in tight places. Every character, other than the Pk Droid and Gonk Droid (whose only ability is that they are never attacked by enemies) has a special ability. However, an almost unknown Chancellor Palpatine can use the dark force.

It has a feature called 'Free Play', which enables the player to play a level again with the ability to toggle in the middle of the characters. This feature permits the passage to areas containing extras, which the player was unable to get before, canisters, for instance. In this mode, a player may use any unlocked character; unlike in that of Story Mode, which only allows players to switch in the middle of the characters complicated in that single scene. The Free Play option only appears when the level of the Story Mode gets over.
Dexter's Diner is the part from which the player can agree a level to enter, or can even enter the Parking Lot to view the vehicles whose parts they have found. The parts to the vehicles are contained in 10 mini-kit canisters which are concealed throughout each level. Battles often take place in the middle of canon-good and canon-evil characters, such as Jedi Lego and Sith Lego, correspondingly, in the Parking Lot also. A player can purchase, or enter codes to unlock extras to swap over for these studs they have collected by playing through the levels, in this level. This is how the game goes.
